newly-created Enterprise Planning Group and head new business development for its

Prior to joining Perot Systems, Mr. Asava served as senior vice president, strategic
deals group for Satyam Computer Services, where he focused on building the group and
helping the organization plan, pursue and win large/strategic deals.
Mr. Asava was also global director, knowledge management, for
PricewaterhouseCoopers, responsible for establishing a common end-to-end engagement
process across different global entities. He also previously served as director,
emerging technologies and trends, for Electronic Data Systems (EDS).
A Harvard Business School case study highlighted his work at EDS which enabled the
company to quickly establish an Information Technology solution center in India, and
rapidly grow it into an integral part of the company's global delivery organization.
Mr. Asava earned a B. S. degree in Industrial Management from Central Michigan
University, and completed the "Managerial Issues in the Global Enterprise" program
at Thunderbird American Graduate School of International Management. He lives with
his wife and two sons in Plano, Texas.
